SIP Trunking
Data-Tel offers SIP trunking service through NEC as alternative to traditional PSTN phone lines. Switching to these VoIP lines has proven to be a highly attractive option for our customers, with cost savings up to 60%. Voice/Data Structured Cabling
Data-Tel will help you outfit your workspace with a variety of structured cabling solutions to facilitate your telephones, computers, copier/fax machines, wireless access points, IP cameras, paging equipment and televisions. We can also help you build and design your IT room/closet, outfitted with wall or floor mounted data cabinet or data racks. Typical installations consist of copper cable, i.e., Cat 3, Cat5e or Cat6 , for your telephone, computer equipment & smart TVs, coax cable for your televisions and fiber optic cable for tying multiple IT closets/rooms together.
Software Assurance
Through NEC's Software Assurance program, Data-Tel can help to ensure that your telephone system software is up to date with the latest software releases. Maintaining a Software Assurance agreement also entitles you to an annual system check-up to inspect equipment and back up system programming. Lastly, Software Assurance provides you with access to NEC technical support, should it become necessary.
A one-year Software Assurance agreement is typically included in our new NEC telephone system installations. Beyond that, renewals can be handled on a yearly basis, which we strongly encourage.
